Il s'agit d'un vase en grès Odetta de 30 cm. Le décor géométrique présente différentes teintes de marron et de nacre. La forme de ce vase porte la référence 633 (en signature et en gravure mécanique) et le décor la référence 1348. Il est signé de l'artiste qui a produit de nombreux grès Odetta.
It is about a vase in stoneware Odetta of 30 cms. The geometrical decoration presents various tints of chestnut and mother-of-pearl. The shape of this vase presents the reference 633 (in signature and in mechanical engraving) and the decoration the references 1348. It is signed by the artist who produced numerous stonewares Odetta.

A la différence du précédent, ce vase n'est pas en faïence mais en grès. Bien que semblable dans sa forme, il ne porte pas la même référence de forme : 439 frappée dans la masse près de la signature, au lieu de 339 pour celui en faïence. Le numéro du décor est 1033 et est attribuée à Alphonse Chanteau (1874-1958), peintre de la Marine en 1910 . Un côté représente un dolmen et l'autre un bouquet de gui. Sous les anses sont figurés des motifs celtiques et des entre-lacs.
Unlike the precedent, this vase is not in earthenware but in stoneware. Although fellow man in its shape, it does not present the same reference of shape: 439 struck in the mass near the signature, instead of 339 for that in earthenware. The number of the decoration is 1033 and is attributed to Alphonse Chanteau (1874-1958), painter of the french Navy in 1910. A side represents a dolmen and the other one a bouquet of mistletoe. Under handles are represented the Celtic motives and the interlacings.

Voici un vase cloche en faïence à deux anses plates de 30 cm de hauteur. Sa forme porte la référence 339. On trouve cette référence dans la signature mais aussi gravée de façon mécanique dans le fond. Le décor d'antilopes est attribué à Ray Scherdel. Signature "en morse", donc avant 1942.
Here is a vase is faulty in earthenware in two flat handles 30 cms in height. Its shape presents the reference 339. We find this reference in the signature but also engraved in a mechanical way at the bottom. The decoration of antelopes is attributed to Ray Scherdel. Signature "in Morse code", thus before 1942.

Ces deux enfants sont peut-être frère et soeur. Ils ne sont pas en faïence mais en grès (on trouve la lettre G gravée dans la masse près de la signature). La fillette mesure 22 cm contre 25 cm pour le garçonnet. Ils présentent la signature de Berthe Savigny (1882-1958). Ces pièces existent aussi en faïence.
These two children are maybe a brother and a sister. They are not in earthenware but in stoneware (we find the letter G engraved in the mass near the signature). The girl is 22 cms against 25 cms for the small boy. They present the signature of Berthe Savigny (1882-1958). These potteries also exist in earthenware.

Le dessin de ce vase est attribué à Pierre Abadie-landel (1896-1972), membre des Seiz Breur, peintre célèbre. Nous retrouverons plus tard ce dessin dans des plats. C'est un vase à deux anses qui est très lourd : plus de 4,3 kg. Il ne s'agit pas de faïence mais d'un grès. Il mesure presque 30 cm de hauteur. La forme de ce vase porte la référence 347 et son décor 1018. Il représente un berger tenant un bâton, accompagné de son chien.
The drawing of this vase is attributed to Pierre Abadie-landel (1896-1972), member of "Seiz Breur", famous painter. We shall find later this drawing in dishes. It is the vase in two handles that is very heavy : more than 4,3 kg. It is not about earthenware but about a stoneware. It measures almost 30 cms in height. The shape of this vase presents the reference 347 and its decoration 1018. It represents a shepherd holding a stick, accompanied with his dog.

Ce sujet de 14 cm de hauteur termine notre série d'articles sur les chouettes en Quimper. L'exemple que nous avons montre l'oiseau avec sa proie : un mulot tenu par ses serres. Signature en bleu, circa 1930. Comme pour la pièce précédente, les yeux de celle-ci ont aussi été épargnés.

Lorsque l'on a la chance de trouver cette faïence, celle-ci a souvent les yeux évidés et le fond de la pièce est creux, afin de pouvoir y fixer une bougie. La pièce que nous présentons a heureusement été épargnée. Vers 1930. Hauteur : 24 cm.
